Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Contractor Transport LLC (“Contractor Transport,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on cxrtrans.com.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device when you visit a website. Similar technologies may include pixels, tags, local storage, session storage, scripts, embedded content, and server logs.
How We Use Cookies
We use necessary technologies to operate and protect the website. Optional third-party content is blocked unless a visitor chooses to allow it.
- Strictly necessary: Technologies required to operate the website, maintain security, prevent abuse, remember privacy choices, and support basic website functions.
- Privacy choices: First-party cookies that remember whether this browser accepted or rejected optional third-party content.
- Optional third-party content: Embedded content, such as Google Maps, that may cause the visitor’s browser to contact a third-party provider. This content is blocked until accepted.
Current Privacy Choice Cookies
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
lnt_cxr_cookie_consent_v2 |
Stores this browser’s privacy choice: accepted or rejected. | 180 days | First-party necessary cookie |
lnt_cxr_browser_id |
Stores an anonymous browser-level consent evidence ID so choices can be associated with this browser profile without using IP address as the primary identifier. | 400 days | First-party necessary cookie |
How Choices Are Cataloged
When a visitor accepts or rejects optional content, the website records a consent evidence event. The event includes the choice made, the source of the choice, the UTC timestamp, the policy version, the consent expiration date, the page where the choice was made, and hashed technical evidence.
The evidence record is tied to an anonymous browser ID hash, not just an IP address. IP address and browser user agent may be stored only as hashed corroborating values. Different browsers, devices, browser profiles, or private browsing sessions may receive different browser IDs. If a visitor clears cookies, the browser may receive a new ID.
The active choice remains in effect for 180 days for that browser profile. Server-side consent evidence is retained for a target period of 400 days.
Current Third-Party Technologies
- Google Maps: The contact page may display a map. The map is blocked unless the visitor accepts optional third-party content.
- Employment application platform: “Apply Now” links may send visitors to a third-party employment application website.
- Social media links: Links to Facebook or LinkedIn may take visitors to those third-party platforms.
- Website hosting, security, and infrastructure providers: These providers help operate, deliver, cache, secure, or monitor the website.
GoDaddy/SecureServer Real User Metrics telemetry has been removed from public pages as part of the current website privacy configuration.
Global Privacy Control
Where technically feasible, this website treats a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to reject optional nonessential third-party content. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional embedded third-party content should remain blocked by default.
Managing Your Choices
Use the Cookie Choices link in the website footer to reopen the privacy choices banner. You can also clear your browser cookies to reset this website’s saved choice for that browser profile.
