Mentorship Program
Safety and dependability are core principles of our strategy and guide everything we do. To ensure this, we have a rigorous, safety-focused onboarding process that pairs each newly hired driver with an experienced mentor. This mentorship program allows new drivers to learn first-hand about our safety culture and the high level of customer service our clients expect. The mentor provides hands-on training and support until the new driver is fully prepared to work independently, a process that can take weeks or even months. As a result, Contractor Transport has earned a reputation for being one of the safest, most reliable, and cost-effective carriers in the industry.
